We reserve the right to adjust our prices and services at any time prior to your appointment.
To ensure a relaxing experience, please arrive prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, your service may be shortened to allow our specialist to be on time for his or her next guest. Please note that a credit card may be required to reserve your time when booking more than one service.
Health Conditions & Medical Concerns
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injures that could affect your service. Also, before your treatment begins, let your Manicurist or Esthetician know of any medical concerns. Prior to all facials and waxing services, please inform your Esthetician if you are wearing contact lenses, using Retin-A, Retinal base product, Accutane, or have had laser surgery.
NOTE: Our technicians will refuse treatment if any of the following apply:
*Existing medical conditions were not mentioned at time of reservation
*Broken skin or lesions
We gladly provide most services to children. In respect to their safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that your children remain under your close supervision for the duration of their visit.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Cash as well as Personal Checks with proper identification. There is a $10 minimum charge on credit cards. We can no longer add-on tips when paying with a credit card. We are sorry for any inconvenience as a result of this change. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
Gift certificates/ gift cards must be redeemed within 1 year from the date of issue. They are transferable, but are non-refundable and cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash. Pinky's Nails is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen gift certificates or gift cards.
All gift certificate sales are final. However, unopened products returned within 7 days with receipt will be issued a full refund. A Pinky's Nails credit will be issued for unopened products returned within 7 days without a receipt. There are no cash or credit card refunds and no credit for products returned after seven days of purchase.
Lost or Damaged Property
Pinky's Nails will not be held responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service that you have received , please notify us immediately and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given.
